The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing live chat support to our customers, ensuring timely responses and accurate information. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data within our systems, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
* Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry software
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred but not required
