About the Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web and cloud-based applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy web and cloud-based applications using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and implement features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our software development processes and tools
• Contribute to the development of arenaflex's technical vision and strategy, and participate in technical planning and decision-making

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web and cloud-based applications
• Strong proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Django, and React
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Favored Qualifications:

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding guidelines, code audits, source control management, build cycles, testing, and deployment
• Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field
