We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work-from-home setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging with our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer experiences. - Provide exceptional customer service through telephone, email, and online channels, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify solutions to customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including pharmacy staff and management, to resolve customer issues and provide high-level customer experiences.
- Assist customers with security and copay-related inquiries, as required.

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or certification preferred.
- 6+ months of experience working with computers and electronic equipment, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work requirements, with a minimum of 30-39 hours per week and occasional overtime as needed.
- Discretionary school affirmation or equivalent (must be 18 years old or older).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug assessment and background check.

- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication management and patient care.
