Domain of a Trans Operations Subject Matter Expert

As a Trans Operations Expert at arenaflex, you will work with a stream of data between various partners, including transporters, centers, and stockrooms, to resolve any potential issues that affect client experience and business coherence. You will work across two verticals: Inbound and Outbound tasks.

Inbound Tasks

Inbound Tasks manage the relationship between sellers, transporters, and fulfillment centers, ensuring that cargo is received on time and delivered at the fulfillment center according to the given arrangement. As a Trans Operations Expert on Inbound, you will resolve any potential issues that occur during the lifecycle of receipt to delivery.

Outbound Tasks

Outbound Tasks manage the relationship between fulfillment centers, transporters, and transportation hubs, ensuring that trucks deliver customer orders from the fulfillment center to the client premises according to guarantee. As a Trans Operations Expert on Outbound, you will resolve any potential issues that occur during the lifecycle of cargo departure from the fulfillment center to client premises.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trans Operations Expert at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Communication with external clients (transporters, sellers/providers) and internal clients (retail, finance, software support, satisfaction centers)
• Ability to pull data from various datasets (using Excel, Access, SQL, and other data management frameworks) and perform impromptu reporting and analysis as needed
• Creation and understanding of performance metrics to drive business results
• Ability to review business and practical requirements for the arenaflex innovation teams who create and upgrade the product frameworks and tools used by ROC
• Ability to quickly understand the business impact of trends and make decisions that seem acceptable based on available data
• Ability to methodically heighten issues or changes in data and information to the relevant stakeholders and teams and complete goals to ensure they are delivered
• Work within different time requirements to meet critical business needs, while estimating and identifying activities performed
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as one will need to create a story framing weekly findings and differences to objectives, and present these findings in a review discussion
• Providing ongoing customer experience by working in a 24*7 working environment
