Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Content Moderator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to arenaflex merchants through email and telephone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Supporting merchants with specialized issues related to stock and order management, including escalating issues when necessary through the proper channels.
  • Offering sales tax, tank, and compliance support to merchants, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our platform.
  • Meeting and maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and first contact resolution.
  • Effectively seeking solutions through creative thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying patterns and implementing process improvements.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding.

A Day in the Life:

As an Experienced Content Moderator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with merchants through email, voice, and messaging platforms, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve performance and efficiency.

Essential Capabilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • B2 or above proficiency in both written and verbal communication, with a strong command of one additional language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a diverse range of client personas.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, requiring email, voice, or messaging platform communication with clients.
  • Experience in a technical support process for web-enabled software products or services.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Capabilities:

While not essential, the following skills and experience would be highly valued:

  • Experience investigating technical systems with clients.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (German, Spanish, French, or Italian).
