Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Executive – Ground Operations Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care to all clients, including scheduled or charter flights
- Processing tickets, inspecting luggage, screening carry-on items for size and weight, and assigning seats
- Providing information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, compact rules, and visitor plans
- Marshaling planes and pushing back the aircraft
- Handling denied boarding situations, requesting volunteers, re-accommodating clients, and providing housing, dining, and taxi vouchers when necessary
- Assisting clients with special requirements, such as loading and unloading heavy items and coordinating with airport staff
- Operating significant, motorized equipment, including but not limited to, tugs, belt loaders, sack trucks, push-back tractors, deicers, etc.
- Maintaining safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations
- Ensuring adherence to arenaflex airport rules and regulations
- Performing various tasks as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* A combination of guidance and experience will be considered
- Must be eligible to work in the US as described by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand and comply with rules, requests, and security protocols
- Ability to assist clients with various needs and requirements
Preferred Qualifications
* Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with office software and equipment
- People-oriented, highly energetic, with a positive and well-organized demeanor
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to stay late for unexpected assignments
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with airline operations and procedures
