Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Data Transfer and Management: Transfer data accurately from one application to another, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the migration process.
• Spreadsheet Creation and Maintenance: Create comprehensive spreadsheets with large datasets, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
• Data Verification and Update: Verify data by cross-referencing with source documents and update existing information with newly available data.
• Information Retrieval: Retrieve requested information from databases or electronic files promptly and efficiently.
• Data Backup and Preservation: Perform regular backups to guarantee the preservation of valuable data.
• Administrative Support: Organize and sort paperwork after data entry to prevent loss and maintain an orderly system.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education: A college degree is required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a data entry clerk, showcasing a track record of accuracy and efficiency.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in fast typing with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Office Equipment and Computer Hardware: Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
