As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from booking and ticketing to baggage claims and flight disruptions. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our passengers, while ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
- Process home value advance demands, including providing suitable disclosures to customers, discussing credit terms, and reviewing the advance for closing
- Perform daily audits on the Home Value pipeline, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve customer issues
- Process shutting documents for home value credits, property condition reports, and confirmation of work for home value advance candidates
- Book home value advances, inputting relevant information into daily Excel calculation sheets
- Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction
What You'll Need for Success
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in a credit association environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Credit Connection and Episys Framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to adapt quickly to change, with a flexible and positive attitude
- Strong self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish is an asset
- Ability to maintain high levels of performance and participation
- Ability to pass relevant arenaflex and credit association pre-employment checks
