Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on the 3rd shift, you'll play a vital role in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the integrity of our financial services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
- Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicating clearly and effectively, providing solutions and support to customers
- Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions
- Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy
- Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services
- Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent + Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications + Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm + Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data
