Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of world-class experts in AI and data science. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our data entry systems, working closely with our research and development team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with generative AI models. You'll also collaborate with our product teams to ensure that our solutions are fair, transparent, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including:

• Developing and maintaining our data entry systems, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Collaborating with our research and development team to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with generative AI models
• Working closely with our product teams to ensure that our solutions are fair, transparent, and trustworthy
• Developing and maintaining our data quality and validation processes
• Collaborating with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models
• Presenting your work to internal and external stakeholders, including arenaflex leadership and external partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in data entry, data science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience working with data pipelines, data warehouses, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• A strong passion for responsible AI and data science, with a commitment to fairness, transparency, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

* A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• At least 6 years of experience in data entry, data science, or a related field
• Experience working with generative AI models, including language models and multimodal models
• Experience working on interdisciplinary teams, including teams with diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Experience working with partners and stakeholders with different technical and non-technical backgrounds
• A strong interest in reading and staying up-to-date on academic papers and research in AI and data science
