Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Veterinary Customer Success Representative. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with veterinarians and their staff, while providing top-notch support and guidance on arenaflex products and services. With multiple positions available, this role has the potential for substantial growth within the organization, allowing you to work closely with veterinarians and veterinary surgeons.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Veterinary Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building sustainable relationships of trust with surgeons and veterinary technicians through open and interactive communication.
  • Promptly answering all inbound customer calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs by having an extensive familiarity with arenaflex products to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handling concerns or complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, with follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Informing customers of additional products or services that may be beneficial to their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records by updating account and shipping information in company software and inventory systems.
  • Properly entering sales orders, ensuring quantities, code match, and customer information.
  • Communicating with sales reps regarding backorder status.
  • Working within the customer service team to ensure coverage and proper customer support.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the veterinary or medical industry, with a minimum of two years (2) of experience in a customer service/support position.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Time management and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with CRM and ERP systems a plus.
  • Ability to prepare correspondence, develop reports, and enter customer data.

  • Organization and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, planning, scheduling, and organizing your professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines.
  • Adaptability to change, with the ability to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to, and positively and proactively assimilate change in a rapid growth environment.
  • Systems and software skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
