Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading client onboarding calls, ensuring a smooth entry onto our Kyra platform, and tailoring deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances. You'll also:

  • Proactively address client challenges and prevent churn
  • Drive end-to-end account growth and cultivate upsell opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for future strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor and showcase the value of the platform to clients
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
  • Manage client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times
  • College degree or equivalent educational background
  • Proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the influencer marketing industry and a strong track record as a Client Success Manager will give you a competitive edge in this role.
