Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for interacting with visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time, and handling multiple incoming requests for information. Key Responsibilities

* Interact daily with visitors on our clients' websites via live chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time

  • Handle multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure and providing enthusiastic customer service
  • Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Online Chat Manager to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise responses to customer inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with live chat software and customer support platforms

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
