Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing auction-related information, answers, and solutions to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week, and compensation ranges from $20.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
