Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via our live chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Essential Qualifications

- 1+ year of customer service experience in a live chat or call center environment - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues - Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
