Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Data Entry and Order Processing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry and order processing operations. You'll be responsible for accurately entering customer orders and data into our ERP system, communicating effectively with customers regarding their production orders, and identifying and resolving discrepancies in received data. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter a variety of data and customer orders into our ERP system

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their production orders
• Review and update data in the system to ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in received data
• Report any data-related issues to your supervisor
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing setting

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong typing abilities (at least 40 wpm)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administrative support

• Experience working in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data entry software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Education Requirements
