Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in analyzing, reporting, and presenting complex data insights to internal clients and stakeholders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal partners and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and software applications that meet business needs.
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings.
- Design and develop software applications for internal clients.
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
- Convert data into actionable insights through reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
