Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality service to millions of plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Facilitating treatment by providing necessary solutions to members
  • Making phone calls to members to discuss their services and options
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
