Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Oklahoma, USA. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, chat sessions, and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote arenaflex products and services in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chat sessions, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chat sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, operations, and customer service staff, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
