Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class customer service to all clients, responding to inquiries via incoming phone calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with account inquiries, order placement, returns, quotes, and other requests
  • Exhibiting a deep understanding of arenaflex products, systems, and procedures
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their expectations
  • Accurately inputting customer data and leaving detailed notes for future reference
  • Utilizing resources and multi-tasking to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adhering to schedule adherence guidelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work full-time hours between 8am-8pm ET, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Epicor Prophet 21 and Salesforce
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
