Your Role in Our Mission
As an Experienced Claims Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting the Healthcare account client claims process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Keying and verifying data from claims forms and attachments, as well as other documents within a data capture solution
- Keying information for multiple states, following different process procedures, with a strong attention to detail
- Following procedures and accepting instruction and direction from leadership
- Complying with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related and legal regulations
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Meeting established production, KPIs, and quality standards, while maintaining attendance that adheres to arenaflex policy
- Working with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an individual with excellent typing skills (60WPM) and 10-key typing fluency, as well as:
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and use good time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, read, understand, and follow basic to moderately complex documents, such as operating procedure manuals
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience and basic proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- 1-2 years of general administrative and data entry experience, with a preference for claim processing, claim form, and healthcare background
What You Should Expect in This Role
As an Experienced Claims Data Entry Clerk, you can expect:
- Some on-site training in PA/Camp Hill, with the possibility of remote work arrangements
- Ability to multitask, following assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and strong communication skills to communicate with leads and leaders
- Ability to keep sensitive and confidential material private, adhering to security policies and procedures
- A starting schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, with the base pay offered varying depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
