Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through various forms of communication, including phone, chat, tickets, and email
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing department inbox and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Working independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • An associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills, balancing technical knowledge and people skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience working with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
