Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced WFH Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our claims coordination team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and staff support services, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of claims. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment to perform your duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team

  • Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a claims or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
