Job Summary
As an LTC Pharmacy Technician Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of healthcare services to our patients. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, championing our innovative programs, and supporting our pharmacists in clinical service offerings. Key Responsibilities
* Provides excellent customer service to patients, building loyalty and repeat business through personalized interactions and effective communication
- Champions arenaflex programs, such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assists patients with enrollment
- Supports pharmacists in clinical service offerings, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care
- Counts, measures, and packages medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions
- Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborates with the pharmacy team to resolve patient issues and concerns
- Participates in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within 9 months
