Roles and Responsibilities

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing first-level support for our Jira & Confluence apps, ensuring seamless customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with customers to debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues, while collecting valuable feedback and feature requests
  • Answering questions raised via our support channels, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working closely with our development team to gain a deeper understanding of our products and share customer insights
  • Creating detailed documentation, how-to guides, articles, and other helpful content to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our products, services, and company culture

Your Profile and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration
  • A strong foundation in IT knowledge, with a passion for learning and helping others
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least one year of experience in software support, product management, QA, or a related role, with a proven track record of success
  • A keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a customer-centric approach to work
