Job Summary

As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our clients, responsible for delivering value and ROI to our largest clients. You'll build and maintain strong relationships, onboard new customers, and conduct ongoing quarterly Business Reviews. Your goal is to serve as a technical authority, analyze key account statistics, and identify growth opportunities to drive business success.

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the arenaflex team, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, challenges, and complex working environments.
  • Onboard new customers and conduct ongoing quarterly Business Reviews, providing value-driven conversations and educating clients on best practices.
  • Serve as a technical authority for customer queries on the arenaflex platform, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Analyze key account statistics and performance metrics to identify pain points, growth opportunities, and optimization points for arenaflex clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and tools based on business needs, driving organic growth and increasing client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate continuous value of arenaflex's solutions by maintaining high retention rates and leading online walk-throughs, webinars, consultations, and one-on-one demos for a full onboarding experience.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT management and customer success principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

  • Knowledge of AI-powered IT platforms and their applications.
  • Certification in customer success, IT management, or related fields.
