What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns
  • Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Authorizing sales and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
  • Utilizing Microsoft Outlook and other software applications to manage customer information and perform tasks efficiently

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple windows, type while talking, and use Microsoft Outlook effectively
  • A quiet, distraction-free work environment with access to high-speed internet
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Remote Work Opportunities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from home full-time. Our remote work environment is designed to support your productivity and well-being, with the following requirements:

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with access to high-speed internet
  • A reliable computer and technology, provided by arenaflex
  • Occasional in-person meetings and training sessions, which may require travel to our Kansas City, KS location

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this position, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • 6 months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Live within a 2.5-hour commute of our Kansas City, KS location
  • Be 18 years old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a valid driver's license (if applicable)
