Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients

  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and clients
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
