Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Engineer L2: Provide engineering support on various aircraft systems, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet.
• Keep informed of day-to-day airline operations: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and priorities within our operations.
• Assess daily priorities: Determine the most critical tasks and projects to focus on, in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives.
• Investigate and resolve aircraft/component problems: Identify and address issues that may cause delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to our operations.
• Provide technical assistance: Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments, providing expert guidance and support.
• Develop action plans: Create and implement plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
• Prepare Engineering documents: Develop customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other actions that align with airline/departmental objectives and management directives.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Such as engineering, aviation, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a related field: Proven experience in engineering, data entry, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills: Proficiency in software applications, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
