Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
- Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Compiling reports from systems with claims information
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborating with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
- Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
