Job Overview

As a Spanish Bilingual Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be at the intersection of financial accuracy and customer relationship management.   • Transform CRM database: Implement strategic cleanup and enhancement initiatives to optimize customer relationship management systems.
  • Drive customer engagement: Proactively manage CRM messaging to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain efficient systems: Develop and implement data organization and retrieval systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
