Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Virtual/Remote) in arenaflex's Dental Team Finder, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing the Customer Service Department Roadmap to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction
  • Utilizing and supporting our CRM and ERP systems to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency
  • Owning customer resolutions from top to bottom, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues
  • Ensuring compliance and support, both internally and externally, to maintain the highest standards of customer service
  • Utilizing Customer Service training materials and SOPs to ensure team compliance and consistency
  • Participating in Customer Service meetings and cross-departmental communications to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Owning customer complaints and order processing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Providing customer service metrics, KPIs, and reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations to inform business decisions
  • Participating in team-building events and activities to foster Customer Service relationships and recognition
  • Participating in all process development, employee retention, and turn-around-time goals to support Commercial revenue goals
  • Performing other functions and duties as required to ensure the success of our Customer Service team

Qualifications

To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Virtual/Remote) in arenaflex's Dental Team Finder, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field) or 5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Dental Industry
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience working for a dental manufacturer, preferably an orthodontic manufacturer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with presenting using PowerPoint and Excel data to inform business decisions
  • Experience in Commercial departments and/or sales with client-facing communications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and a CRM program, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
