Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline representative and image of our organization, handling inbound calls from customers, clients, and facilities. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional care and support, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their transportation needs
  • Building strong relationships with customers and clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of transportation management services and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
