Experienced Math Tutor & Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity for Utah Residents

We're now seeking an experienced Math Tutor & Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting families and helping students achieve academic success.

About the Role:

As a Math Tutor & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students and their families, while also delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our families to monitor progress, adjust lesson plans, and provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback aligned with their goals. You'll also respond to student calls, offering step-by-step solutions within our online program, ensuring a positive and supportive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert guidance and support to students and their families, helping them to achieve academic success

• Maintain regular contact with families to monitor progress, adjust lesson plans, and provide guidance, encouragement, and feedback aligned with their goals
• Respond to student calls, offering step-by-step solutions within our online program
• Work closely with our families to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with our team of educators, subject matter experts, and developers to ensure our online program is delivering outstanding educational results

About You:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about education and helping others. You'll have:

• A strong understanding of Math at a grade 11 and 12 level
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• The confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child's progress
• Strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms
• Ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
• Some experience in tutoring Math to elementary and secondary school students is preferred

Tutoring Experience or Teaching Qualification:

While tutoring experience or a teaching qualification is highly regarded, it's not required. As part of your role involves giving guidance to students, you'll need to be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.

Work Environment:

We offer a supportive work-from-home environment, with full-time positions available Monday to Friday, 1pm-9pm, and part-time positions available Monday to Friday, 3pm-8pm or 4pm-9pm.
