Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Analyst to join our team and support a federal program. As a key member of our program support team, you'll be responsible for managing customer/partner relationships, assisting with onboarding new partners, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with partners and providing exceptional customer service with our product offerings
- Performing gap analysis to identify possible improvements and solutions to offer to partners and gathering requirements from partners
- Maintaining constant communication with partners to identify and resolve issues, relay relevant system updates and offerings, and ensure a strong relationship at all times
- Conducting user acceptance or system testing to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience with onboarding new customers or partners, gathering requirements, and maintaining relationships
- Proficiency in MS products (Word, Excel, PPT), Salesforce, and/or Visio
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (arenaflex will provide support and guidance throughout the clearance process)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Experience with grant management, software development, and/or information technology
- Familiarity with public trust, cleared, and clearance processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
