Responsibilities

As a Phone and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing Large Volumes of Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle high volumes of calls in a timely and efficient manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Data Entry and Customer Service Skills: Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into our system, while providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Navigation and Research: Navigate online systems and research customer information to provide accurate and timely solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service or Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • 1 Year of Previous Call Center or Office Background Experience: Experience working in a call center or office environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and online systems.
  • Previous Remote Work Experience: Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with remote work.
  • Quick Learner and Independent Worker: Ability to learn quickly and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Phone and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues.
  • Background Check: A background check will be required, in accordance with state and federal laws.
