Responsibilities
As a Phone and Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing Large Volumes of Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle high volumes of calls in a timely and efficient manner, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
