Experienced Customer Service Agent (Remote) – Insurance Policy Support

Now, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join our growing team and help us take our customer support to the next level.
About the Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our existing customers navigate their insurance policies and make changes as needed. You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring our customers feel valued and cared for. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound calls from existing customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Process service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more
- Help customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, including coverages, policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies
- Work to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Compensation and Perks:
* Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- We'll pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)

* Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 9pm ET
