Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce cancellation rates and drive long-term client success
  • Handling cancellation requests and creating customized solutions to retain clients
  • Conducting save calls and retention outreach to engage clients and prevent cancellations
  • Monitoring client engagement and identifying at-risk accounts to take proactive measures
  • Utilizing strong communication skills and a solution-focused attitude to resolve complex issues and build trust with clients
  • Managing tasks such as scheduling and case management to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Matching clients with trainers based on needs and availability to optimize training outcomes
  • Managing schedules for virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate client preferences
  • Providing customer support through calls, emails, and live chats to address client inquiries and concerns
  • Assisting trainers with administrative tasks and problem-solving to ensure timely and effective support

Essential Qualifications
