Job Summary
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Scheduling Department as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as well as assisting with inbound calls and maintaining accurate database information. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling and resolving email requests from clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact
- Assisting with inbound calls from clients and interpreters, as needed
- Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries
- Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments
- Managing all appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to appointments
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager

- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with standard software applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with other web-based applications
- The ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop processes to alleviate problems
- The ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
Experience Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Organized and motivated, with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- The ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
