Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
