Experienced Customer Service Representative (Spanish/Portuguese) – Multilingual Support for arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, including students, instructors, and other stakeholders. You'll be responsible for registering customer information, processing credit card payments, and entering student and class records into our system. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to students, instructors, and other stakeholders through inbound calls, chat, and email
- Registering customer information and processing credit card payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Entering student and class records into our system to ensure accurate reporting
- Using call flows, reference materials, and program training to identify issues and apply problem-solving skills
- Applying empathy, listening, and service techniques to defuse situations and avoid call escalation
- Providing specific and unique program/schedule information accurately to customers
- Efficiently communicating through chat and email to research and resolve enrollment/completion issues
- Accurately inputting student data and processing live credit card payments while maintaining PII and PCI compliance
- Clearly and concisely documenting customer interactions with account notes in business systems
- Responding to customer messages and placing outbound calls to customers to answer general questions, complete registration, or process other routine transactions
- Consistently promoting self-service options and customer engagement to meet team goals
- Proactively and swiftly communicating repetitive or widespread customer concerns to management for resolution
- Promptly processing returned mail-in business systems to reduce costs associated with outdated address data
We're Looking for Someone with:
* A high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience
- Strong customer service and team orientation
- Data entry accuracy and integrity
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) a must
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
