Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. - Manage customer accounts, including updating information, resolving issues, and providing technical support as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the health insurance industry - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly - Experience with customer service software and applications, including ticketing systems and chat platforms - Strong knowledge of health insurance products and services, including the Affordable Care Act and other relevant regulations - Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
