The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts, problem-solve, and drive sales and product promotions. Your Impact

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Offer additional products to customers on each interaction, driving sales and promoting products effectively
  • Assist customers with questions, personalizing the experience for each caller
  • Handle calls that may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Have opportunities for advancement and upward mobility across the entire arenaflex family of brands
  • Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor
  • Work from home, with a set schedule and structured day

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
  • Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
  • Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
  • Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
  • Sit for long periods of time
  • Follow arenaflex computer system requirements
  • Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours

Compensation

* Starting rate is $15.00/hour

  • Shift differential available when applicable

Your Training Schedule

Your employment with arenaflex begins with a six-week, paid training program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.

Your Work Schedule

* Work a set full-time schedule

  • Work schedules are not Monday-Friday
  • 5-Day work schedules
  • Set schedule will include one weekend day and one weekday off
  • arenaflex customer service hours of operation are 8:00 am-8:00 pm ET

System Requirements

Our Work-at-Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items:

  • Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
  • Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
  • High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option (no 5G, no Wi-Fi, or Starlink)
  • Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
  • Webcam and able to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Remote Work Opportunity
