Job Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your duties will include:

• Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed to meet customer needs
• Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner, investigating concerns, and routing them to the proper staff
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by educating customers on our Membership benefits and responding to special requirements
• Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
• Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
• Collaborating with coworkers to achieve team goals and objectives
• Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• The ability to type at least 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making customers happy
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
• A detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think proactively and solve problems
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise and high-speed internet access

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll need to provide:

• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
• High-speed internet access
• A laptop and cell phone will be provided by arenaflex

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-20 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
