Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and providing top-notch support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complex issues and provide top-notch support to our clients
- Work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience
- Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our services
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to our clients
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

* Work from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
