Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping individuals find and enroll in the right health insurance plan. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own device, and will be required to have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing projects and updates - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 35 mb/s and a hard-wired ethernet connection - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Spanish Bilingual, a plus - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services a plus
