Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries.
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Working a set minimum number of conversations per hour to meet customer demand.
- Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective communication.
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through ERA (Escalation Rate Average) above 10%.
Education & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of the Automotive Industry: Familiarity with makes and models of vehicles, as well as industry trends and technologies.
- High-Speed Internet Access: A reliable internet connection is essential for this role.
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

- Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
