Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our customer engagement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and text messaging. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your role will be critical in building strong relationships with our customers and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring that our customers receive prompt and effective support.
  • Identify and report system errors or anomalies, ensuring that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, meeting our performance targets and driving sales.
  • ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination, ensuring that our team members are meeting our performance expectations.
  • Operate within multiple software platforms, including our CRM system and other tools.

Education & Skills Required

* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles is essential, as you will be working with customers to answer their questions and provide support.

  • You must have access to high-speed internet, as you will be working remotely and will need a reliable internet connection.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

Our work schedule is designed to provide flexibility and work-life balance. You will be required to work the following schedule:

  • Monday (OFF)
  • Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
  • Wednesday (OFF)
  • Thursday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • Friday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • Sunday (OFF)

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting performance targets and driving sales.
  • Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and other software platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
