Requirements
To succeed as a Virtual Chat Support Associate, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in chat support or customer service
- Excellent written communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with accuracy to ensure efficient communication
