About the Role
As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for providing production services to our clients by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Document Review and Processing: Receive and process documents from electronic and hard copy sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Entry: Enter data into our database, following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information.
- Document Identification: Identify documents and their purpose to create a database of information.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent level of education is required.
- Basic Background Check: You'll need to submit to a basic background check as a condition of employment.
- Typing Skills: Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.
- Authorization to Work: Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
